App Review Guideline
3.1.2 Subscriptions
The subscription offer or its disclosure does not meet Apple's rules.
Why it happens
- The paywall does not clearly show the price, billing period and what the user gets.
- No links to the Terms of Use (EULA) and privacy policy on the paywall or in the metadata.
- A subscription that does not provide ongoing value.
How to fix it
- Show price per period, trial length and what renews, near the purchase button.
- Add functional Terms of Use and privacy policy links in the app and in the App Store description or EULA field.
What to reply in Resolution Center
After the fix is in the build you submit:
Hello App Review team, Thank you for the review of [app name] [version]. The subscription screen now shows the price, billing period and renewal terms, with links to our Terms of Use and privacy policy. We have submitted build [build number] with these changes. Please let us know if anything else needs attention. Best regards
