App Review Guideline
2.3.1 Hidden or undocumented features
Apple believes the app contains features that are hidden, dormant or not described in the review notes.
Why it happens
- Features switched on by a remote config flag after approval.
- Functionality behind a secret gesture, code or server switch.
- A web view that loads content able to change the app's purpose after review.
How to fix it
- Describe every feature, including ones behind flags, in the review notes.
- Remove remote switches that change what the app is or what it sells.
- If a feature is regional or account-specific, say so and give the reviewer access.
