App Store review times, measured
Not estimates and not forum anecdotes: the time real submissions spend with Apple, taken from App Store Connect status changes and updated every five minutes.

How these numbers are measured
- Developers who connect App Store Connect to PTKD have their app versions checked every 5 minutes through Apple's official API. Each status change is recorded, so every duration is accurate to within one check interval.
- Waiting for review starts at the exact submission time Apple reports and ends when we first see the version In Review. In review ends when we first see it approved or rejected.
- A version first seen mid-review is never counted (we don't know when it started). Waits over 30 days are dropped as paused or abandoned.
- A figure is shown only when it rests on at least 10 reviews from at least 5 accounts. Accounts can opt out of contributing at any time; app names and account details are never published.
- The data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with a link to this page. Raw JSON: /data/review-times.json
