App Store Connect upload error
ITMS-91053 Missing API declaration (privacy manifest)
The app uses a 'required reason' API (such as UserDefaults, file timestamps, system boot time or disk space) without declaring the reason in a privacy manifest.
Why it happens
- No PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy in the app target.
- The manifest exists but is missing the API category named in the email.
- A third-party SDK uses the API and ships no manifest of its own.
How to fix it
- Add PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy to the app target.
- Under NSPrivacyAccessedAPITypes, add the category from the email (for example NSPrivacyAccessedAPICategoryUserDefaults) with an approved reason code (for example CA92.1).
- Update SDKs to versions that ship their own privacy manifests.
